Refund policy

All domestic and International returns require a Return Authorization Number (“RA#”), which can be obtained by email request sent to customerservice@alejandraalonsorojas.com.

We offer $10 flat rate return shipping on all of our domestic orders except for final sale items, made-to-order or pre-order products. The customer will be responsible for international return shipping costs,  Import duties, VAT and other applicable taxes on international orders as long as the product is returnable. 

Domestic and International orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if a user is not satisfied with the item. All items for return must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and must have all original tags attached and must be in their original packaging (if applicable). We will issue you a full refund for returns made in compliance with the above.

If an item is damaged, defective or sent in error, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge to you and/or pay for any return shipping.

Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition they were received with all ALEJANDRA ALONSO ROJAS tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Items returned COD will not be accepted. All items marked as "Final Sale", "Archive Sale" "Made to order" "Pre-order" are not eligible for return. As made-to-order items are produced exclusively for the customer, we ask that you carefully review all product details and specifications before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. If you have any concerns or questions about a made-to-order item, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. 

Once a return has been received and accepted, a credit or refund with the $10 shipping fee deducted will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Customers will be notified via email when the return is complete.

Please follow the instructions included in your invoice and include your RA#. Securely pack and seal the merchandise to be returned in an appropriate box or envelope and send back using the return shipping label sent you by customerservice@alejandraalonsorojas.com. You will get this shipping return label when you request the Return Authorization Number (“RA#”). The shipping label will include the return address.
